Our delivery process commences upon order acceptance, which includes a 24-hour period for processing and dispatching your items. Please be advised that this timeframe may extend during sale periods.

Upon dispatch, you will receive an email containing your tracking information, allowing you to monitor your package's journey. Additionally, you can track the status of your delivery by accessing My Orders in your account.

Delivery Processing Times

Before dispatching your purchase, we may need to verify your details with your card issuer to ensure accuracy. Rest assured, we strive to minimize any delays that may arise.

We collaborate closely with our shipping partners to mitigate potential customs delays.

Signing for Your Purchase

Your purchase is safeguarded until it reaches you, as it is insured against theft and accidental damage during transit. However, once your items have been delivered to the specified address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. Should you be unavailable upon delivery, our courier will make two additional attempts to deliver your purchase.

If you anticipate being unavailable, you have the option to waive the signature requirement on the shipping page during checkout. However, please note that by opting out of signature collection, you agree to our terms and conditions, assuming full responsibility for any ensuing loss or damage. It's important to recognize that orders containing high-value items may still necessitate a signature, irrespective of your chosen delivery preference.

Delivery Partners

Depending on your location, the courier service responsible for delivering your order may differ from the delivery partner handling your return.

DHL for EU countries

Delivery time 4-5 days

As our shipping partner, DHL provides you with the convenience of managing your delivery while it's in transit through DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD). Whether you need to reschedule the delivery for another day or opt out of the signature requirement, ODD simplifies the process for you.

Once your order departs from our facility and is in transit with DHL, they will reach out to you via SMS and/or email, notifying you of the expected delivery time. If ODD services are available in your area, this notification will also include a link to the ODD platform. All you need is your tracking (shipment waybill) number.

Polish Post for countries outside EU

Delivery time 7-14 days

Polish Post will deliver your order, and in your country, this responsibility will be assumed by the local postal service relevant to your region. We cannot guarantee that the provided Tracking Number will be transferred to your local post office, allowing you to track the order for the final stretch of its journey. 

Please be aware that the delivery time for countries such as Ukraine, Belarus, and Russia may vary due to stringent regulations associated with conflict zones.

Please be advised that additional fees may be applied to your order due to customs regulations for countries outside the European Union.
